Dockyard has been awarded LEED Platinum, the highest certification level from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for sustainable buildings.
The certification recognises outstanding energy efficiency, responsible use of water resources, optimised indoor air quality and the consistent use of sustainable materials.
