A furniture store with an adjoining large garage was built on the former EXPO 2000 site in Hanover. The total area of the complex is around 38,000 sqm.

The façade design of colored trapezoidal sheet metal was designed in accordance with the company's corporate identity. The main entrance area and the restaurant above are highlighted by a protruding, generously glazed structure.

The special feature of this location is its vertical organization: the entrance hall and the sales and exhibition areas are not located on the first floor, but on the two upper floors. The ground floor and basement are designed as parking levels, allowing visitors to arrive comfortably and access the building directly.

The sculpturally designed escape staircases stand out at the rear of the building. These functional elements were deliberately integrated as a design feature and lend the building an additional architectural quality.
