

In accordance with the specifications of the valid development plan, a six-storey office building plus a staggered storey was constructed in a closed design.

The façade on Englische Strasse presents itself as a sculpturally worked natural stone façade. Long bands of windows, offset against each other in storeys, are accentuated by wedge-shaped, flared reveal frames that alternately tilt forwards and backwards from the natural stone level.
