On 8 September 2026, the new urban quarter ‘THE FRIEDENAUER’ celebrated its topping-out ceremony in the presence of the District Mayor Joern Oltmann and numerous project partners.
The largely car-free site was designed by TCHOBAN VOSS Architekten. Alongside modern residential and office spaces, the development will include restaurants, a nursery and a public park with playgrounds and cycle paths.
